Refund Policy

US Cyber Sentinel Institute Refund Policy

Refunds:

• We offer a full refund minus transaction processing costs if you cancel within the first 24 hours of the sign-up. 

• If the cancellation is within 7 days you will receive a 50% refund minus transaction processing fees.

• No refunds are offered after 7 days of sign-up 

• You can cancel and receive a refund by emailing us at the email address provided in your purchase confirmation.

• If a cohort is canceled, you will receive a refund of the entire tuition payment.

 

Rescheduling:

• If you need to reschedule to another cohort than the one you have signed up for, you can do so by contacting the email address provided in your purchase confirmation. 

• Note that substitutions are not guaranteed due to cohort size limitations.

• You can reschedule once for a fee of $50 and the next cohort has to be within the next 60 days.
